The new version of Crystal River Top Coat is just as great as the original.  Named after the manatee capital of the world and the place I went snorkeling on a high school field trip, this product is a fast drying protective topper that dries up to four coats of nail enamel to a high gloss shine in minutes. Fun fact:  to find manatees in the river, look for bubbles.  Their vegetarian diet makes them gassier than a chili-cookoff judge.
